- We will assess your needs and your likely scope of usage. With this information, we can arrange a tailored online demonstration of Atom Ultima and propose a monthly fixed license fee (to include hosting, maintenance, support and any in–line developments).
- If you wish to continue after the demonstration, we will arrange for a system for you, with a contract and t&cs. The first two weeks are free of charge, and we will work with you to set up the area of Atom Ultima you wish to prioritise. We will also help with roll out of app download information for your stakeholders.
- Payment will be monthly, in advance, invoiced from the beginning of your third week of use. The initial contract is for 12 months, with an ongoing monthly agreement and 3 month cancellation period thereafter.
- Please note: all information uploaded into Atom Ultima by the licensee remains the property of the licensee and will be downloaded and transferred in CSV format as and when the license is terminated.
- Additional fees will be agreed in advance and will be charged for APIs into and from your existing systems; and for the development of a liveried App icon (bespoken to you). App download is free for Atom Ultima generic; we reserve the right to charge per app for a bespoke app, if we are to be charged by the AppStore or GooglePlay.
- Atom Ultima will link to other Atom Ultima systems with a shared (firewalled) portal for joint projects. We will link systems, through the B2B module, as part of your monthly license fee, and maintain the link for the duration of the shared project.
